We are looking for a new Recruitment Executive to join our family run Business, offering exciting apprenticeships and multiple training courses across multiple funding provisions!
The new role is to take ownership of the initial stages of the learner’s journey with GBS, so it’s critical that any candidates that apply are hardworking, caring, trustworthy and want to deliver a great customer service to both candidates and employers.
Salary is competitive plus bonus.
Hours: 37.5 per week
About The Role
Responsibilities include –
New Vacancy:
- Advertise Vacancy on all Job Boards
- Taking ownership of Vacancies / Job spec
- Finding Apprentices for Vacancies
- Attending Job Fairs / School events
- Ringing Candidates to set Screening interview or do it at this point if they have time
- Sending info emails
Screening:
- Making calls to candidates (screening interviews)
- Talking to candidates about GBS and answering any questions
- Going through Vacancies with candidates to make sure they are choosing correctly
- Getting them to complete a CV tailored to the Standards and Job Spec their choosing
- Getting them to complete Digital Skill Scan for chosen Standards
- Accepting them into the pool and explaining full process
Pool of Candidates:
- Providing Employability sessions
- Keeping InTouch with all learners in the pool
- Keeping the learner pool up to date and organised
Employer Interviews:
- Sending CV to employer once checked CV (checking logistics)
- Setting up interview with Employer
- Sending Health & Safety paperwork to Employer
- Prepping candidate for interview
- Feed back for candidate within 48 hours
- Arranging sign up paperwork to be sent with admin / can’t start until paperwork complete
