About The Role

They are looking for a talented individual to join the team as a Business Administration Apprentice. The successful candidate will be accurately maintaining systems related to Finance, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Bespoke Products, Warehouse and Cross-Company functions.


Main responsibilities:

  • Keep accurate and up to date supplier and product data records
  • Complete all administration procedures accurately and on time
  • Maintain supplier accounts through the effective operation of electronic data and other systems
  • Update the stock balance through effective systems and procedures
  • Manage the back-order system to reduce lead times to a minimum
  • Process accurately supplier invoices and control supplier payments by effective operation of systems and procedures
  • Resolve all pricing queries on supplier invoices
  • Maintain the highest standards or courteous and efficient customer service
  • Process accurately customer accounts through the effective operation of electronic data and other systems
  • Provide a reliable and proficient telephone contact point for customer account queries
  • Resolve all queries on customer invoices
  • Resolve problems proficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction
  • Identify and communicate all available sales development opportunities
  • Achieve the required levels of competence through the achievement of required qualifications and in-house training and the development of effective working relationships with colleagues in other departments
  • Look after the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your acts and omissions
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time
