GBS Apprenticeships are recruiting for a South Yorkshire based company offering no-dig underground pipeline installations throughout the UK and Ireland. They offer advice and expert solutions working with you from conception through to completion. You can rely on their expertise for safe, innovative and cost-effective underground installations. About The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone to start their career in Business. The successful candidate will provide administration support to the Company’s multiple businesses and will work closely with the head of HR/Administration who is a friendly, supportive and professional individual.

Roles/Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Purchase invoices
  • Check to PO
  • Match delivery note
  • Post to Sage
  • Check/reconcile statements
  • Chase missing copies
  • Reconcile credit cards
  • Filing
  • Match receipts to fuel cards
  • Project costings
  • Telephone duties
  • Some supervisory responsibilities/support
  • General administration

Salary, Contract Term and Employee Benefits

Salary: £4.30 Per Hour

8:30am till 4:30pm Monday to Friday

The Apprenticeship Standard is Level 3 Business Administration
