GBS Apprenticeships are recruiting for privately-owned UK business, comprising of consumer focused brands offering different solutions to individuals in debt.

Their singular goal of being Here to Help has given them a unique heritage dating back 14 years which has seen the business grow and adapt to consumer needs.

There are around 300 employees across the group based in their city centre office in Manchester. Companies within the group are regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority or the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales).

About The Role

They are looking for an industry experienced Customer Service Advisor, who can offer the best advice and service experience to their clients, ensuring that cases are progressed from commencement to closure in an efficient manner.

Roles/Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Support customers on the phone
  • Email and provide advice on all aspects of the post appointment IVA process, post appointment documentation and internal case reviews
  • Managing daily diary
  • Handling calls
