GBS Apprenticeships are recruiting for an IT company supporting businesses both in the local area and nationally with their IT Support needs, as well as systems, equipment and more. They believe they are more than just an IT company. About The Role

Main responsibilities:

  • Resolving customers’ technical issues
  • Talking to clients on the telephone
  • Communicating to clients via email
  • Training will be required to really learn the role
